We need to create a CUser instance to start with.

Dim oUser As New CUser(103)

Since the DefaultEmail property is of type CEmail, we can access its properties directly as follows.

oUser.DefaultEmail.Address = "info@sibilo.co.uk"
oUser.Update()

Note that updating the base object updates, i.e. saves, its one-to-one relationships as well as its properties.
